Mission
Ensure Casappa Shanghai sales team’s proposal match with customer’s technical requirements & Casappa standardized status of ART. Provide system solution (Power, Controls, Filters) to customers.
Responsibilities and Activities
? Technical support to Casappa Shanghai sales team during the product selection as project coordinator.
? Evaluate/modify/approve sales team project proposal following the technical data collected by sales.
? Bridge product drawing (filtering the request from sales team) with Casappa Technical Department
? Sign technical agreement.
? Lead technical discussion with customer in case of “complex requirement/project “.
? Lead promotional technical Seminar with Customers (with related documentation)
? Interact with Casappa Shanghai and Casappa Italy technical team in case support is needed.
? Provide training to sales team and master distributor.
? Projects Coordinator: Follow up and keep update all the Sales team projects.
? Study the Market and market trend to find out the Chinese Specific Market needs and
? define the best match with existing Casappa products
? Suggest Product Manager to launch the request for a New products/configuration
? Other duties assigned by Line Manager
Working condition
? Office in Shanghai
? Customer company
Requirement
? Bachelor degree in Hydraulic/Mechanical
? Minimum 3 year of technical experience in hydraulics components
? Strong MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
? Good in oral and written English
? Be available to travel: Up to 30%
? Team work and good self management
? Be proactive and self-motivation
? Be familiar with Valves & Electronics is additional advantage
