- 与客户及内部团队协作，进行需求分析、流程设计和系统配置；

- 提供系统培训和技术支持，协助用户解决使用过程中遇到的问题；

- 编写相关技术文档，参与项目总结与优化建议。

【任职要求】

- 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理或相关专业优先；

- 具备良好的英语沟通能力，能够进行日常英文交流与文档阅读；

- 对ERP系统有基本了解，熟悉D365者优先考虑；

- 具备较强的学习能力和责任心，适应团队合作与项目推进。

Key Responsibilities:

61 Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service) modules.

61 Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, Plug-ins, Custom APIs/Actions, and C#.

61 Design and implement Power Platform solutions including PowerApps (Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows.

61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

61 Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.

61 Work with JSON for data formatting and integration tasks.

61 Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, documentation, and performance optimization.
