Process Engineer

- Develop documentation to train operational people编制文件并对操作人员进行培训

- Lead, champion and support continuous improvement initiatives and activities to improve processes领导、支持工艺改进活动

- Paticipate in Green belt training and empower Yellow Belts参与绿带培训并培训黄

- Execute/monitor continuous improvement programs in costs, performance, quality, safety（KPI）执行/监督成本、质量、安全的改进

- Prepare know how transfer documentation ensuring smoothly start up准备技术转移文件确保顺利试车

- Prepare start up schedule with detailed sequencing of equipment and activities准备详细的开车进度表

- Responsible for starting up certain areas/units defined by start up plan根据开车计划，负责相关单元试车

职位要求：

- BS degree in chemical engineer or related career 化学工程或相关专业本科

- Over 2 years of experience in production, process improvement and/or R&D areas 至少两年生产、工艺改进或研发工作经验

- Social competence, leadership skills 良好的组织沟通能力、领导能力
