职位描述
Responsibility:
1.Responsible for independently providing high quality services for Ferrum machines directly at the customer's site(commissioning,repairs, modifications, inspections troubleshooting, conversions, etc.) and the tech. support to the customer on-site.
2.Responsible for providing the leader of the servicetechnician team and the responsible Customer Care repwith prompt, precise information regarding unusual events at the customer site.
3.Responsible for correctly filling out and promptly submitting the service reports.
Task:
1.Perform commissioning, repairs, revisions, inspections,troubleshooting,conversions, etc. directly at the customer(worldwide).
2.Provide technical advice to the customer on-site, incl.instructions regarding operation and maintenance of themachines.
3.Performing machine training on site.
4.Inform the responsible customer care rep regarding specific customer requirements, unusual events, etc. in the course of deployment debriefing (in writing via the service report, andwhen required, orally as well).
5.Briefings and debriefings with the responsible Customer Care rep.
6.Participation in periodic Ferrum professional development activities.
7.Independent recording of expenses and hours worked.
Requirement
1.Solid technical training with knowledge of mechanical andelectrical engineering, pneumatics and hydraulics.
2.Good communication skills and professional manner.
3.Very good spoken and written knowiedge of German and English; further languages are a plus.
4.Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering and the mechanical functions of the Ferrum machines.
5.Metal forming process knowhow.
6.Filling process knowhow.
7.Self-starter.
8.Flexible and able to handle stress, willing to travel a great deal.
