- Central SQE acting as PPEP/PPAP Owner to secure the part qualification quality and lead PPEP/PPAP status and stage management.

- Central SQE acting as PPEP/PPAP leader for designated Schneider plant to lead the PPEP/PPAP activities in responsible plant, Acting as a key interface between Schneider different function team and the Component suppliers.

Responsibilities：

1. Lead Part qualification activities of PEP project in China, responsible Suppliers and PPEPs/PPAPs management by Category, ensure the qualification process follow PPEP requirement, and secure the PPEP quality

2. Responsible for designated plant PPEP/PPAP as PPEP/PPAP leader, need manage the PPEP/PPAP activities in responsible plant, manage the PPEP/PPAP status/stage and quality of the responsible plant

3. Lead feasibility analysis of manufa

Education & experience expectation：

- Bachelor or above on engineering

- 5+ years of supplier quality management experience (or 3+ years of supplier quality management experience in T1 Automobile Industry);

- Strong knowledge of quality methodology, e.g. FMEA, DOE ,8D

- Experience in QMS， familiar with ISO9001 and/or IATF 16949 - Familiar with plastic production process or mold is preferred Key Qualifications：

- Excellent communication skills in written and oral;

- Fluent English in writing, reading and speaking；

- Ability to work cross functionally in a dynamic environment;

- Demonstrated cross functional leadership;

- Broad operations and project management experience;
