2、负责项目家私、灯具、装饰布艺、配饰品等产品选型，完成软装材料选型与空间色彩搭配；

3、负责项目软装深化与材料样板选型，方案排版及清单的制作；

4、完成项目定制产品的下单跟进、验收和成品采购的工作；

5、负责项目进场、验收、记录、摆场等工作；

6、完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。

1. Develop conceptual and detailed design schemes for FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing FF&E concepts that align with the project vision, enhancing both functionality and visual appeal.

2. Select furniture, lighting, decorative fabrics, accessories, etc. for projects. Complete FF&E material selection and coordinate spatial color schemes, ensuring harmonious style, texture, and color combinations.

3. Schematic FF&E designs, select material samples, arrange scheme layouts, and create detailed lists covering product specs, quantities, and costs for seamless project execution.

4. Oversee custom product orders, ensuring timely production and delivery. Conduct quality inspections upon arrival and handle finished product procurement, sourcing from reliable suppliers.

5. Manage FF&E installation, acceptance, documentation, and final setup. Ensure proper installation according to designs and maintain detailed records of the process.

6. Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors promptly and efficiently.任职要求 Job Requirements1、1-3年软装设计相关工作经验，本科及以上学历，室内设计、环境艺术设计等设计相关专业；八大美院优先；

2、对室内设计、装饰以及色彩的搭配有丰富经验，能根据主体设计配饰各种物料、家私及装饰品；

3、熟悉布艺、墙纸、地毯、家具、灯饰、挂画等室内摆设等配饰的设计，熟悉软装流程；

4、精通AutoCAD、Photoshop等常用的设计软件，有一定的平面设计能力；

5、性格活泼开朗、为人善良，形象气质佳。

1. 1 - 3 years of FF&E design experience. A bachelor's degree or above in interior design, environmental art design, etc. Graduates from top eight art academies are preferred.

2. Rich experience in interior design, decoration, and color matching. Ability to select materials, furniture, and decorations that complement the main design concept.

3. Familiar with the design of fabrics, wallpapers, carpets, furniture, lighting, artworks, etc., and well - versed in the FF&E workflow.

4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc., with basic graphic design capabilities.

5. Lively, friendly, with a professional appearance and positive work attitude.
