注塑工

1. 负责注塑机的操作。遵守各项安全操作规定。

Responsible for the operation of injection machine. Follow the safety operation regulations.

2. 监控所生产的产品的品质，按规定频次检查产品的外观质量，保证产品质量符合检验规范所规定的要求。

Monitor the product’s quality in production, check the appearance and quality of products based on the defined frequency, ensure the quality of the products in line with inspection spec

3. 负责指定的工作区域或机台，保证生产指令的实施，提高生产效率保质保量的完成分配的生产任务。

Responsible for the appointed working area or machine area, ensure the implementation of production order, improve the production efficiency , complete the appointed production task on time and of good quality

4. 协助领班工作，负责巡视生产运行状况。及时处理和解决生产中的各种简单问题降低停机时间，并向领班汇报。

Assist the work of shift leader, responsible for the patrol of the production running status, timely deal with and solve the various small problems in the production and decrease the shut-down time, and report to shift leader

5. 按要求进行设备及模具的日常维护和保养工作，每天检查设备的运转状况并填写设备点检表。

Daily maintenance of equipments and moulds in line with requirements, check the running of equipments every day and fill in the Equipment check list

6. 协助领班或副领班更换模具。

Assist shift leader or vice shift leader to change the mould

7. 负责维护及保持区域内的清洁卫生及5S工作。

Responsible for the environment sanitation and 5S in his/her own working area

8. 认真及时填写各类生产报表，保证数据的准确性。切实有效的与上下班次的员工作好工作交接。

Fill in various kinds of production form carefully , ensure the accurateness of the data, effectively handover the work with other shifts

9. 完成生产领班或生产经理安排的其他工作。

任职要求

1. 高中或相当于高中以上学历，能翻班

High school graduate or equivalent, willing to work on shifts

2. 2年以上工作经历

Over 2 years working experience

3. 住公司附近者优先

Living near company preferred

4. 需持有桥式起重机司机操作证
