Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
- Support line managers to drive business results through people & organization capability
- Translate business needs into HR requirements and evaluation services delivered to the business
- Focus on strategic activities (such as deployment of the talent strategy) and monitoring of HR operational services
- Provide relevant HR-related insights, participating in managing the business from an HR perspective
- Influence the business agenda with regards to talent implications
- Coach and counsel business management on issues of personal effectiveness, leadership, individual & team performance
- Support culture change initiatives and establish key communication strategies for business-related events impacting people
- Advise on critical employee relations issues and manage risk effectively
- Broker consulting and advisory services from the C&B
- Provide input to C&B to create innovative HR solutions, based on the business needs analysis
- Work with stakeholders to ensure new programs and processes are effectively communicated and implemented
- Manage successfully employee relations issues
- Ensure appropriate talent quality organizational development and HR cost control
- Lead/participate new or revised HR program implementations in Office and make sure deliver smoothly and successfully in region.
Performance Management
- Facilitating performance review (e.g., goal setting, check-in, performance conversation, performance calibration and results documentation, etc.)
- Monitoring performance management focus alignment between rating and compensation decisions
- Work with Retail to drive company culture to performance review and talent potential review.
- Understand and apply company values and current HR policies regarding managed projects and programs (e.g., leave, terminations, offboarding); and advise employee on compliance of policies and procedures.
- Support line manager on corporate engagement activity & training.
Staffing
- Work closely with recruiter on retail store replacements
- In charge of Store Manager level above and office related hiring
- Lead new store opening hiring & onboarding
- Work with retail for the retail Manpower planning
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Desired Education & Experience:
- Bacheler’s Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 years of professional HR experience in progressively more responsible HRBP positions, with a focus on Retail
- Partnering the business to meet objectives and leading on HR initiatives
- Desired Competencies & Skills:
- Proven and strong HR experience within Retail sector
- English and Chinese fluent
- Ability to grasp the strategic priorities and define HR goals
- Able to communicate with employees at all levels and reach out to the store frontline
- Able to follow up on projects and activities on a day-to-day basis to maximize impact
- Outspoken & open minded with a dynamic work style
