职位描述
What you will be responsible for:
1 Assist with daily affairs, including arranging meetings, managing schedules, coordinating internal and external communication, etc;
2 Draft, edit, and distribute various business documents such as reports, memos, letters, and emails;
3 Manage and update the schedule of executives to ensure smooth progress of all activities;
4 Responsible for the itinerary planning and booking of executive business trips;
5 Participate in the coordination and execution of important projects in the company, ensuring project progress and quality;
6 Maintain good communication with all departments.
7 Follow-up of agreed actions with related stakeholders
8 Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Expectations
1 Bachelor's degree or above, major with MBA or Admin. Management or Finance.
2 At least 3 years of administrative or assistant work experiences in enterprises, with priority given to those with experience as executive assistants in well-known enterprises;
3 Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of serving as a working language;
4 Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc;
5 Having excellent organizational and coordination skills as well as time management abilities, able to efficiently handle multiple tasks;
6 Good interpersonal skills and team work spirit, adept at handling interpersonal relationships;
7 Work seriously and responsibly, careful and rigorous, with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
