2. Deeply engage with the MDSC Safety parts (Battery) R&D team and sourcing team to do the supplier assessment for new supplier selection and introduction.

3. Work with MDSC Safety parts (Battery) suppliers and internal cross-functional team (R&D, Sourcing team, etc.) on new component qualification through risk assessment and mitigation, developing supplier process and quality control method to ensure successful parts production.

4. Lead quality problem solving with adequate failure analysis, root cause verification and drill deep & drill wide on corrective action implementation.

5. Drive manufacturing yield improvement in both early development phase and mass production.

6. Justify/Evaluate Eng. team's CR and supplier's PCN for best suit of MDSC quality/reliability/safety requirements.

7. Conduct quality system audit, tech assessment and process audit for risk assessment and improvement.

8. Drive supplier for continue quality system improvement.

9. Regular score supplier's performance and manage supplier base integrity to support supply chain strategy and continuity.

10. Work as category tech. expert to resolve field safety issues.Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent practical experience.

2. >10 years of experience in the battery manufacturing industry in supplier development engineering, supplier quality management, or technical program management.

3. >3 years team or project management experience with proved performance.

4. Proficiency of Quality audit, Quality Tool（8D, DFx, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, MSA, etc.） and Supplier Quality Management.

5. Strong logic thinking and problem-solving skills.

6. Proficient negotiation skills to influence stakeholders on strategy planning, decision making and resource allocation.

7. Effective communication skills, manage bias and decision making to ensure parts performance and business needs.

8. Effective attention to detail and willing to work with a global cross-functional team under a versatile environment.

9. Up to 50% China domestic travel or globally.Preferred Qualifications:

1. Direct working experience in battery cell\pack manufacturing, quality and Test process development and assessment.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

3. Six-sigma Black belt is preferred.

4. International corporation working experience is add-on.

5. Industrial certified quality engineer or quality auditor is add-on.职位描述：

9.定期对供应商的绩效进行评分，管理供应商库的完整性，以支持供应链战略和连续性。

10.担任品类技术专家，解决现场安全问题。

任职要求：

1.工程、科学学士学位或同等实践经验。

2.在电池制造行业，拥有超过10年的供应商开发工程、供应商质量管理或技术项目管理经验。

3.3年以上团队或项目管理经验，业绩良好。

4.熟练掌握质量审核、质量工具（8D、DFx、FMEA、SPC、PPAP、MSA等）和供应商质量管理。

5.较强的逻辑思维和解决问题的能力。

6.精通谈判技巧，影响利益相关者进行战略规划、决策和资源分配。

7.有效的沟通技巧，管理偏见和决策，以确保零件性能和业务需求。

8.有效关注细节，并愿意在多功能环境下与全球跨职能团队合作。

9.接受高达50%的中国国内或全球差旅。

优先条件：

1.有电池单元/电池组制造、质量和测试工艺开发和评估的直接工作经验。

2.优秀的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。

3.六西格玛黑带优先。

4.有国际公司工作经验者优先。
