主要责任

Key responsibilities

61 与西门子公司配合，协助项目经理完成南通工厂的DCS升级以及工艺优化项目。

Assisted the project manager to complete the DCS upgrade and process optimization project of Nantong plant in cooperation with Siemens.

61 与项目验证工程师合作，完成新DCS系统（Siemens PCS 7）和新增设备的验证工作

Worked with project validation/qualification engineers to complete validation of new DCS system (Siemens PCS

7) and qualification of new added equipment.

61 负责项目实施过程中的FAT,SAT工作。

Responsible for FAT and SAT work during project implementation.

61 做好与工厂工程部的密切配合。

Cooperating with Lead Engineer of Instrument.

主要经验和技能要求

Critical Experience and Skills requirements

61 至少五年仪表设备和自控系统经验。熟练掌握西门子PCS7系统，熟悉CM TYPE以及SFC TYPE编程，精通配方控制。

Minimum five years of experience with instrumentation equipment and automated control systems. Proficient in Siemens PCS7 system, familiar with CM TYPE and SFC TYPE programming, proficient in recipe control.

61 了解ABB 800 XA系统。

Knowledge of ABB 800 XA system.

61 必须有药厂工作经验者。

Has working experience in pharmaceutical factory is preferred

61 熟悉在安全区域/防爆区域/洁净室的工作规范，熟练掌握各种仪表，电气方面的技能。

Good to know how to work at safety area & explosion-proof area & cleaning room, familiar to electrical issue like power panel, instrument and PLC, etc.

61 熟悉电气和传感器方面的相关知识，对DCS控制系统有实际的操作经验。

Familiar with work practices in safe areas/explosion-proof areas/clean rooms, proficiency in various instrumentation and electrical skills.
