PQE/过程质量工程师（SMT）

1. 主导SMT质量内部沟通与协调工作；

Lead internal communication and coordination of SMT quality.

2. 主导SMT新品客户质量与技术沟通，保证相关要求的执行；

Lead SMT new product customer quality and technical communication to ensure the implementation of relevant requirements.

3. 负责组织对SMT生产工艺的实施过程进行监督、检查，主导不合格品处理；

Responsible for organizing supervision and inspection of the implementation process of SMT production process, leading the handling of non-conforming products.

4. 熟练运用质量管理工具，对PCBA生产制程异常分析与改善；

Proficient in using quality management tools to analyze and improve PCBA production process anomalies.

5. 主导SMT 质量异常追踪处理，推动TOP项目改善并形成标准；

Lead SMT quality anomaly tracking and handling, promote TOP project improvement and establish standards.

6. 部门内部KPI 落实与执行，协调处理本部门日常事务；

Implement and execute internal KPIs within the department, coordinate and handle daily affairs within the department.

7. 负责对重复性和重大质量问题，制定专项处理机制并监督执行；

Responsible for developing a special handling mechanism and supervising the implementation of repetitive and major quality issues.

8. 负责各种质量问题、质量技术的分析及改进；

Responsible for analyzing and improving various quality issues and quality technologies.

9. 负责纠正措施和预防措施的实施和管理；

Responsible for the implementation and management of corrective and preventive measures.

10. 对后制程及客诉抱怨异常采用8D 分析方式进行报告；

Use 8D analysis method to report abnormal post process and customer complaints.

11. 配合客户稽核，提供相关佐证数据并对缺失推动改善；

Cooperate with customer audits, provide relevant supporting data, and drive improvement for deficiencies.

12. 具备良好团队协作精神与较强的工作责任心和抗压能力；

Possess good teamwork spirit, strong sense of work responsibility, and ability to withstand pressure.

13. 监督落实内部制程质量监控与现场巡检，挖掘异常问题点，并进行前期预防改善；

Supervise the implementation of internal process quality monitoring and on-site inspections, identify abnormal problem points, and carry out early prevention and improvement measures.

14. 完成上级交办的其他工作任务；

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历（机械、车辆、材料等工科专业优先）；

College degree or above (mechanical, vehicle, materials and other engineering majors are preferred).

2. 从事SMT质量管理相关工作5年以上，有过汽车行业质量管理经验优先；

At least 5 years of experience in SMT quality management related work, with experience in quality management in the automotive industry preferred.

3. 熟悉零部件工程图纸，了解SMT制造工艺及产线防错等经验；

Familiar with component engineering drawings, understanding SMT processes and production line error prevention experience.

4. 熟悉汽车行业五大工具 (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA); IATF16949, VDA6.3, VDA6.5；

Familiar with the five major tools in the automotive industry (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA); IATF16949, VDA6.3, VDA6.

5. 精通8D, 5why, 鱼骨图等质量工具并具有良好的逻辑分析能力；

Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, 5why, and fishbone diagrams, with good logical analysis skills.

6. 良好的解决问题、人际交往及协调能力；

Good problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and coordination skills.

7. 有客诉处理经验者优先；

Experience in handling customer complaints is preferred.

8. 根据工作需要，配合加班；

Cooperate with overtime according to work needs.
