Process Engineer 工艺工程师

1. Covering two lines, extrusion and bag converting

2. Set and maintain the appropriate SOPs and SOCs.

3. Initiate projects to optimize operational performance, including Yield, Rate, Uptime and Cost Per Unit.

4. Provide support to operation team in daily troubleshooting.

5. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.

6. Lead the new product introduction and raw material replacement project.

7. Act as key contributor in optimizing process and procedure.

8. Acts as a process representative when new lines introduction.

9. Acts as MPG representative of responsible lines, build up connect QPU to regional sites.

10. Participate EHS, food safety and quality programs.

11. Acts as a resource for operators and quality people in training.

Capability and Skills Requirement：

61 Bachelor Degree in Material science, Polymer science or Chemical engineering.

61 Minimum 3-year experiences in multi-layer extrusion or bag converting or printing. Multi-international company experience is preferable. Lean/6 sigma experience is preferable.

61 Strong Problem-Solving skill in process / operation.

61 Strong Project Management experience is a plus.

61 Fluent English read, write and communication.

61 Good self-management skills, good corporation spirit, with the ability to function effectively as part of a cross functional team.

61 Strong ability to learn new knowledge, good coaching skills on operation side.
