Main tasks/主要工作
1.1 On-site Warehouse and Transportation Management 现场仓库和运输管理
Manage the service provider’s performance on warehousing and transportation through KPI tracking
and other tools.
通过关键指标和其它有效工具管理供应商的仓储运输业绩。
On-site deployment and troubleshooting during warehouse and logistics daily operation,including
inbound, outbound, storage, fire system, 6S etc.
在仓储物流日常运营中,现场进行部署调度及问题解决,包括外向、内向操作、存储、消防、6S等。
Clearly category goods into ABC groups through different dimensions to help with better inventory
management.
从不同维度对在库产品进行ABC分类,方便更好的进行库存管理。
Ensure all operations executed following company SOP and standard.
确保所有的操作执行必须遵守公司标准和SOP。
Assets management in the warehouse.
仓库内固定资产的管理。
Support and work together with national warehouse, transportation, transformation experts to achieve
targets.
支持并与全国仓储、运输、变革专家共同努力以实现目标。
1.2 Warehouse & Process Optimization 仓库及流程优化
Keep improving warehouse space utilization,operation efficiency and customer service level.
持续提高仓库空间利用率、操作效率以及客户服务水平。
Periodically update the operation process to an optimal version.
阶段性的更新操作流程,使其成为当前最优版本。
1.3 Warehousing & Logistics Costs Control 仓储物流成本控制
Monthly or by case billing check with the service provider to make sure the amount is 100% correct
vs. actual operation.
按月或按事件与供应商进行对账,确保收费金额与实际运营百分百准确。
Monthly expense accrual.
按月财务费用预提。
Yearly expense estimation.
按年的费用预估。
Control costs in daily deployment and avoid ineffective spend.
在日常部署调度中控制成本, 避免无效花费。
Monitor and analyze warehouse and logistics costs. Seek any possible opportunity to save costs and
implement corresponding solutions.
监控和分析仓储物流成本。探寻一切可以节省成本的机会点,并进行实施。
1.4 Products Quality Management 产品质量管理
Make sure the goods quality of all inbound goods and the goods delivered to customers.
确保收到货物和发出货物的质量。
Report the quality issue to the quality manager, and support the decision making and re-work from the
warehouse side.
将发现的质量问题汇报给公司质量经理,并从仓库端支持后续决定与返工整改。
Nationally manage the re-work project and keep track of the progress.
管理全国仓库内的产品返工项目并对其进度保持监控。
Be the contact window of Quality issues in the department.
作为部门质量问题对外的联系窗口。
Support the packaging/storage packaging design and first-batch inspection.
支持产品包装与存储包装的设计,同时参与新产品首批次检验。
1.5 Warehouse data management 仓库数据管理
Check the delivery information including picking procedure, consignee information, etc. Make sure the
collection & delivery and actual goods are the same.
审核单据,包括提货手续,提货人信息等,核实收发货资料,确保收、发货物信息与实物一致
Scan barcode and the serial no. into SAP.
将条形码和货物系列号输入SAP系统。
Post the delivery note in the SAP system after checking.
库房操作完成且经核查无误后过账发货。
Update the location bin in SAP when the location changed.
货物位置变动后,及时在SAP系统中更新货位。
Update the information for sales statistics.
及时更新物料凭证,保证发货凭证正确无误。
Scan the delivery note and upload to the SAP system.
将完整的发货单扫描上传至SAP系统中。
Reports publishments.
报告的发出。
1.6 Control function 内控管理
Check and supervise the implementation of the procedure检查和监督流程的实施。
1.7 Filing 文件归档
Make the catalog and file the documents.
文件及时归档,并保证归档文件清晰、明了,方便追踪和查询。
1.8 Inventory Management
Weekly/monthly/yearly stock taking.
周/月/年度仓库盘点。
Audit preparation and support.
审计准备与配合。
1.9 Team and people management 团队与人员管理
Build a highly effective team to achieve the targets together.
建立高效能团队共同实现工作目标。
Manage the team member’s work and balance the workload. 管理团队人员的工作和平衡工作量。
Development team member and improve the capability from function level.
从业务角度发展提高团队成员的工作能力。
Make yearly OKR with team member. Review and estimate for the first round at year end.
跟团队成员制定年度工作目标和关键成果,并进行阶段性回顾和年终第一轮考核。
Report the team performance to the line manager.
向直接上级汇报团队成员的工作情况。
1.10 Complete the yearly OKR on time and as required. / 按时按要求完成每年度的工作目标和关键成
果。
1.11 Any other work requested by the line manager.
直接上级分配的其它工作。
