MEMS测试工程师/MEMS Testing Engineer

1. Perform optoelectronic device testing including I-V, I-t, C-V, and other standard testing methods.

2. Analyze test data, identify issues, and provide solutions.

3. Collaborate with senior engineers and research teams to improve device performance.

4. Communicate findings and test results in both English and Chinese.

5. Assist in establishing and improving departmental systems, processes and norms, and optimize processes.

6. Assist in writing technical documents and project materials.

7. Actively cooperate with other departments to carry out temporary work.

Qualifications:

1.Bechelor or Master，No Experience required

2.Optoelectronic Device Testing : Proficiency in performing key tests like I-V, C-V, I-t, and other related optoelectronic measurements.

3.Test Equipment Handling : Skilled in using and calibrating testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, source-measure units (SMUs), and other specialized tools for device characterization.

4.Data Analysis : Strong ability to analyze and interpret test data, including plotting graphs and identifying patterns, errors, and trends.

5.Test Setup and Configuration : Experience in setting up testing environments, including device preparation, electrical connections, and ensuring proper test conditions.

6.Troubleshooting and Diagnostics : Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues during testing, including device failures, measurement errors, and inconsistencies.

7.Test Documentation : Capable of accurately documenting test procedures, results, and any deviations from expected outcomes in detailed technical reports.

8.Performance Evaluation : Ability to evaluate device performance and compare it with specifications to assess functionality and reliability.

9.Measurement Accuracy : Attention to detail in ensuring precision and accuracy during measurements, avoiding errors that could impact test results.

10.Test Automation : Familiarity with automation tools for repetitive testing and data collection, improving efficiency in long-term testing procedures.

11.Device Calibration : Knowledge of calibration techniques for testing instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results during testing.

12.Good communication and teamwork skills, good learning ability, strong initiative, professional responsibility, and good sense of time.
