Take full responsibility of RDC/DC operation management. Ensure to meet the KPIs of company.

Achieve the target of resource utilization

Major Cost saving and achieve profit maximization Achieve CI Target

Achieve target of GP and EBIT Major

Customers concentration, optimize the process to increase the service level

Achieve customers’KPI Major

Set up the job objective for subordinates. Coach and

motivate staff and make the training plan to make sure the execution.

Minimum training hours is 20 hr/person

Staff achieve KPI

Follow up the policy of company, implement

Continuous improvement Share

Conduct training for successors of RDC/DC, optimize the organization chart
