Senior 1, Corporate Finance, Strategy and Transactions Services, EY
As our team is continue to expand, we are now looking for 1 suitable candidates as Senior 1 (2-3 year work experience) with solid advisory/financial background.
Location: Shenzhen and Guangzhou
Key responsibilities
1.Help to define target-screening scope, and comprehensively evaluate companies in their market positioning and product competitiveness.
2.Valuate different financial vehicles and packages, and assist in preparing financial models.
3.Evaluate and source the deal flow, and attend related investment activities.
4.Work closely with Managers in deal negotiation and closing of sales contracts.
5.Facilitate post-sale service engagement.
6.Prepare M&A proposals and reports to clients.
7.Maintain good relationship with potential clients and targets, various investors like PE houses.
Qualifications, Education and Certification
To qualify, candidates must have:
1.University graduates with a minimum of 2-3 year work experience in related area.
2.Good understanding of M&A cycle.
3.Take ownership of client strategic business plan and Information Memorandum drafting.
4.Be proficient and excellent in PPT skills.
5.Fast learners in Financial Models.
6.Ability to analyze financial statements and forecasts.
7.Familiar with research and analysis tools.
8.Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
9.Previous big 4 advisory / FDD / audit candidate preferred.
