喷涂工艺工程师

- 参与精准生产项目的推进，确保工艺方案符合项目目标与技术要求；

- 与研发、生产部门协作，解决喷涂过程中出现的技术问题；

- 编制和更新工艺文件，指导现场操作人员进行标准化作业。

【任职要求】

- 本科及以上学历，材料工程、化学工程或相关专业；

- 3年以上喷涂工艺相关工作经验，有制造业背景优先；

- 熟练掌握英语听说读写能力，能进行技术交流与文档阅读；

- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题分析解决能力。

【Job Responsibilities】

-Responsible for the design and optimization of spraying processes to improve product surface treatment quality and production efficiency.

-Participate in the advancement of precision production projects, ensuring that process solutions meet project goals and technical requirements.

-Collaborate with R&D and production departments to resolve technical issues arising during the spraying process.

-Prepare and update process documentation to guide on-site operators in standardized operations.

【Qualifications】

-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

-At least 3 years of experience in spraying processes, with a manufacturing background preferred.

-Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of technical communication and document reading.

-Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
