Job Summary： Be part of a global engineering team that designs, develops and integrates software for HAVC (Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning) controls. This position will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and maintaining the specific function module. The position may also be responsible for sustaining existing product and fixing issues raised from the fields.Responsibilities: Analyze, design, implement and test real-time embedded software for electronic industrial HVAC (Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning) controlsReview and discuss the function specifications with product development team.Work as part of multi-functional development team to meet overall program goals. Document software design changes from system to component level.Maintain, upgrade, and enhance production software and fix issues from the fieldCommunicate with global team about control functions, software designs and development statusQualifications:Master's degree in Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering, or Computer Science, equivalentGenuine passion and interest in new technology and software developmentC/C++ development skill is requiredExperience/knowledge with embedded controls is preferredUnderstanding of classic control knowledge is preferredStrong academic achievement is preferredKey Competencies:Good English reading, writing and speaking skillExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent technical, analytical, and problem solving skills.Capable of working effectively both independently or collaboratively within a teamSelf-drivenAttention to detailUnderstanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics a plus
