Key qualification for this role 职责要求:

1. Engineering background with good written and oral English.

2. Must have good business sense, analytical and data driven. To have excellent communication and coordination skills as well as data analysis capabilities.

3. Must have supplier management experience or product management or product marketing or project management experience either in connector or electrical & electronics industries or cable assembly industries.

4. Be proactive and result oriented.

5. ERP/SAP/other related system experience.

Job Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. For Suppliers: to get the information of core products and business directions/market, communicating promptly with internal teams; to conduct daily price negotiations to support sales team for order conversion. To establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with suppliers to promote cost control and quality improvement.

对供应商：重点产品及业务方向的了解和把控，及时与公司内部团队沟通； 日常议价，帮助销售订单转化。与供应商建立并维护良好的合作关系，推动成本控制与质量提升。

2. Analyze market trends and inventory data and formulate reasonable purchasing plans and inventory strategies.

分析市场趋势和库存数据，制定合理的采购计划与库存策略。

3. Be responsible for the planning and management of the company's overall supply chain, and optimize the processes of procurement, warehousing, logistics and other links; to coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the efficient operation of the supply chain and enhance operational efficiency.

负责公司整体供应链的规划与管理，优化采购、仓储、物流等环节流程；协调内外部资源，确保供应链高效运作，提升运营效率；

4. For Internal Sales Teams: to introduce product information/selling point, business and market directions, and promote success cases as well as to provide product knowledge training.

对公司内部销售团队：传达产品信息/卖点、业务及市场方向、宣导成功案例、进行产品知识的培训。
