61 Support all Boutique and Direct Trade operational activities, e.g. follow-up on boutique and trade corners issues on a daily basis, ensure proper implementation of Boutique Operating Standards

61 Provide real-time overview of operational spend and initiate follow-up on controlling grids

61 Provide and review various operational reports, including traffic report, VM report for campaigns, activity reports

61 Review sales reports: daily, weekly, monthly for ongoing discussions, analysis and support of action plans with Retail Management Team

61 Support Head Office team in project roll outs and new business

--The individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

61 Contracts Management

61 Ordering and Management of staff uniforms

61 Licenses Management: conducting process from A to Z, and coordinating with consultants (in Chinese) and with our Finance

61 Ordering and organization of supplies and visual merchandising items

Align internal communications related to Boutique and Direct Trade network

61 Coordinate and align Boutique and Direct trade internal communications, and the communication processes

61 Ensure information centralization by providing up to date processes & procedures documentation and an up to date shared environment for offline network

61 Maintain Document (e-document) Management

Manage maintenance service suppliers. From long term contract frameworks to daily management

61 Support improvement in supplier frameworks/contracts to optimize reaction time & budget control Support new projects and Boutique/Direct Trade openings with operational planning and follow-up

61 Able to work in Boutique or Direct Trade once per week (polished appearance, sell to and service customers)

61 Able to travel to assist with new Store openings or to work in select Boutiques/Direct Trade (min. 4 weeks/year, and as necessary), occasional weekend work
