2.New product development and design ( including CNA(Customer Need Analysis), DFMEA, DFM ( design for manufacturing ), product drawings/spec etc.) according to PACE procedure ( 根据PACE新产品开发流程进行新产品开发设计(包括客户需求分析, 产品设计的可制造性评估，DFMEA,产品图纸／产品规格等)

3. Work with SI engineering to optimize product design and provide feasibility solution to customer quickly.

与SI工程师一起优化产品设计，迅速给客户提供可行性方案。

4. Maintain existing products and complete product extension based on existing products ( 维护现有产品及现有产品的扩展)

5. Handle EC ( engineering change ) independently ( 独立处理工程变更)

6. Provide product engineering support to production departments, product line managers and sales team.( 提供产品工程技术支持给生产部门，产品线经理及销售团队)

7. Support QA to handle customer complaint due to product design issue (协助QA处理由于产品设计导致的客户投诉)

8. Lead and coach product engineers and product designers ( 领导并指导产品工程师和产品绘图员)

岗位要求：

Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical engineering or related

（电子，机械工程或相关专业的本科学历）

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作经验和所需知识:

1.At least 10 years work experience on connector design and manufacturing experience

2.Experience with ESS and EV customer or data center customer is preferred, such as BYD, Geely, Sungrow, PYLONTECK, INFY Power, Alibaba, Tencent, ByteDance. OR Inverter experience (power conversion). Motor/battery experience.

3.Good knowledge in engineering drawing and specification

4.Familiar with new product development & design procedure

5.Familiar with UL, USCAR and EIA test standard

6.Good skills in Pro-E, Creo, Auto-CAD and MS-office

Good command English include oral and writing
