Job Purpose

Responsible for Regional Supply Chain Processes and Customer Service

Job Highlights

MDM and Pricing

61 Master data maintenance and proceeding adjustments of customer and sales data

61 Applying for maintenance of all prices

61 Creating and editing of credit and debit notes related to e.g. price correction, discount or surcharges, complaints and return orders

61 Creating accruals for all bonus agreements and payment of the bonus credit according to customer agreement

CS – CC

61 Receipt and entry of customer orders in L4P as well as the respective update of incoming data base with all relevant data (focus on export business)

61 Weekly inspection of account receivables; remind direct customers or inform external organizations, in order to promptly claim the relevant receivables

61 Receiving, entering and tracking of customer complaints (internal/external) in L4P

CS – OM

61 Schedule orders in alignment with CC, WH and production planning

61 Invoicing of documents and creation of all required documents to run the respective business e.g. packing lists, Certificate of Insurance, Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin or others

General

61 Close collaboration with interfaces such as Production Planner, Customer Service, Replenishment Team, Warehouse Team, Regional Sales, the overall regions to reach targets

61 Other tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements

61 Required Education & Experience: University graduates or above, major in business administration related discipline

61 About 5~10 years of professional experience

61 International manufacturing company working background in supply chain processes and customer service.

61 Strong communication, coordination and organizing skills

61 Good command of English in listening, writing and speaking

61 Secrecy, Conscientious, Teamwork spirit, Initiative, Concern of quality and order,

61 Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
