3. Responsible for handling the internal quality issues during assembly. Collecting all the information and define the responsibilities. Follow up the improvement actions

负责处理装配过程中的内部质量问题。收集所有的信息并确定责任。跟进改进行动

4. Responsible for assemble quality control，make sure no NG parts can leave assemble

负责装配质量控制，确保没有NG零件可以离开装配车间

5. Responsible for monitoring assemble process quality，base on workers，assemble instruction，assemble checklist.

负责监控装配过程的质量，以工人、装配指令、装配清单为依据

6. Responsible for stopping assemble if any failure happens.

负责在任何故障发生时停止组装

7. Cooperate with assemble to analysis, follow and correct the failures during assemble.

配合装配人员对装配过程中出现的故障进行分析、跟踪和纠正

8. Responsible for assemble quality inspection template and report.

负责装配质量检查模板和报告

9. Other related tasks as assigned by supervisor or department.

部门和上级主管安排的其他工作。

Requirements:

1. Strong problem solving, analyze ability

有较强的解决问题、分析问题的能力

2. Strong personality and capability to coordinate between different departments.

具有较强的个性和协调不同部门的能力

3. Fluent English: oral and written.

流利的英语：口头和书面

4. Familiar with MS office.

办公软件使用熟练。

5. Eight years' experience in assembly quality inspection

八年以上的装配质量检验工作经验

6. Familiar with assembly drawings and basic requirements of assembly processes

熟悉装配图纸，熟悉装配工艺的基本要求

7. Familiar with various production processes, such as-achining,Casting,Welding etc.

熟悉各种生产工艺，如：加工、铸造、焊接等

8. Familiar with various surface treatment, such as Zinc plating,Anodizing,coating, etc.

熟悉各种表面处理，如镀锌、阳极氧化、涂层等
