公司模型日常维护，协助模型开发及优化，协助海外财务分析工作

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA’s) 职责细分

1. 具有较强的定量技能及思维，通过收集、整理和分析行业、内部业务和财务数据，建立和维护多维财务预测模型，透过利润、现金流及各项数据指标，能够量化中、长期经营规划，辅助管理层战略决策；Strong quantitative skills and mind-set, build up and develop multi-dimension corporate financial models (quantify the financial impact of long term operation strategy) with various financial and operation data. Provide supporting advice for the management decision making.

2. 协助搭建资本性建设项目财务模型，协助完成项目的可行性分析，并在过程中实时更新，跟踪项目的执行，配合项目团队为公司提供项目全过程决策支持；Provide assistance to build up capex economic analysis model for feasibility study. Follow-up model updates during the whole process to provide project management support.

3. 针对新业务形式协助开发财务模型，收集业务及财务数据，以支持关键业务决策；对业务（投融资及经营）进行全方位财务分析专业支持；Provide assistance on building up financial model to comprehensively analyze new business (operations and corporate finance work).

4. 对各种财务模型进行持续检验及优化; Continued optimization of various models.

5. 其他财务管理工作。

Ad hoc analysis as required by management

任职资格:

1. 财经、统计、数学等专业本科及以上学历；A well-rounded academic background in finance, accounting, statistics, mathematics or equivalent;

2. 有预算、预测、财务分析及管理或资产价值评估相关的行业分析相关工作经验3年；A demonstrated track record with 0~3 years’experience in FP&A, asset pricing；

3. 有上市企业内部估值或模型搭建工作经验者优先，对报表勾稽关系须具有必要的理解力；Experience in valuation/modelling gained in listed companies would be much favorable；the systematic and comprehensive understanding over the financial statements is much desired;

4. 精通Excel，包括图表制作、函数、数据透视表及模拟分析的运用、熟悉各类各式高阶统计分析方法,能通过已知业务信息独立建立和维护分析模型；Strong excel skills to build up and develop models independently with known information;

5. 具备数字敏感性和良好的数据分析处理和归纳总结能力，逻辑思维能力强，敏锐的洞察力和判断力，发现、分析和解决问题的能力；Data sensitivity and strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

6. 具有较强的财务全局观及较高的财务水平Strong macro sense of financial management and solid technical skill

7. 英语阅读能力合格；basic ability to read English papers and report;

8. 具有团队合作精神和强烈的责任心，具备良好的沟通、协调能力和抗压能力,愿意对细节内容高度重视。A team player with strong sense of responsibility. Good communication and coordination skills. Self-directed, highly motivated, multitask driven and able to work under pressure， having strong willingness to pay much attention on details.
