Principal Accountabilities:
? Develop strategic business plan for PC Central China in line with PC Greater China business plan
? Direct sales team to achieve sales goals, including sales and profit growth, pipeline management, DSO improvement and etc
? Review and monitor sales performance, guide team to make efforts on business development
? Pro-actively review and manage sales forecast to meet the forecast accuracy target
? Develop and maintain good relationship with key customers, including direct customer and channel
? Collaborate with global/regional segment team and implement global big bets/focus segment strategy
? Drive commercial excellence and follow process to utilize Salesforce as single source to manage pipeline sales
? Coordinate with Field Technical Support function and support them to improve FTS resources efficiency
? Build a strong sales team in a way of keeping team engaged and developed
? Regularly collect and feedback market intelligence
Requires:
? Bachelor degree or above (Chemical, Engineering, Marketing preferred)
? Minimum 10 years sales/marketing experience in Protective Coatings industry, including minimum 3 years in the management role
? The tracked record on business development capability
? Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
? Strong leadership, with passion to coach and develop people
? Strategic thinking
? Strong collaboration mindset
