岗位职责:
生产
61全权负责BS的运营。
(风险管理。成为Chinco危机委员会的成员,支持并在必要时领导紧急情况,
适当的合同和其他风险管理。积极主动,确保在以下情况下突出危险信号,制定行动计划/必要时,与内部和外部各方保持公开沟通。)
61担任大使,推动在Chinco实施VTPS(VT生产系统)。
61根据客户中心的全球需求实现一致的产出,利用数字和汽车工具形成稳健的制造流程。
61通过与工程、质量、系统和SHE密切合作,确保新产品在Chinco生产线上成功推出。
61协调持续改进的改善计划,向整个组织推广***实践和经验教训,如数字化、成本效益、精益方法、流程、质量保证等。
61报告VTPS标准操作的性能。
61分析整合的不同阶段,逐步找出并跟进关键绩效指标
SHE和质量
61在安全第一倡议中发挥关键作用,以确保SHEQ和能源圈的全面实施,并授权倡议创造一个安全、健康和环保的工作场所。
61严格遵守防火程序和环境保护法规
61确保所有裸轴泵的操作符合质量标准,符合内部图纸、SOP和外部客户规范。
交付
61承诺的交付周期内负责订单交付的可靠性。
61按时交货,不断审查积压订单和未完成的制造订单,并采取缓解措施进行恢复。
61协调直接和间接资源,高效灵活地满足裸轴作业需求。
61确保为客户满意度设计标准操作。
61在敏捷的交付时间内推动客户成功。
成本
61管理分配的成本中心预算和实际支出,以提高OPR。
61监控和报告项目的生产相关投资,确保制造交付成果符合CTP程序。
61支持通过精益方法进行流程变更来实现CC7任务。
人员和资源

任职要求:
教育背景
61相关工程/科学学科的大学学位(学士/硕士)。
经验和知识要求
61以结果为导向,经验丰富的专业人士(10年以上),在工业工厂运营或同等管理职位上拥有丰富的经验。
61管理标准制造的相关经验,了解ISO和SHE管理体系。
61与管理人员、专业人员、技术人员和初级人员一起进行员工发展和员工关系管理的经验。
61在变革管理、团队合作、积极倾听、沟通、协作和基本同理心方面拥有丰富的经验。
技能要求
61熟悉MS Office(Word、Excel和PowerPoint),熟悉SAP者优先。
61英语听说读写熟练优先。
能力要求
61能够与各级管理层和员工有效沟通和互动。
61具备引导、指导和授权团队成员取得成功的能力。

Main Responsibilities:
Manufacturing
61 Take the full responsibility of BS operation.
(Risk management.
Be one member of Chinco Crisis Committee, support and – if necessary – lead the emergency,
proper contracts, and other risks management
Be proactive, making sure that red flags are highlighted, that action plans are put in place when/
where necessary and that an open communication with internal and external parties are maintained.)
61 Be an ambassador to drive VTPS (VT production system) carrying out at Chinco.
61 Implement consistent output in line with customer center global demand, form robust manufacturing process with digital and automotive tools.
61 Guarantee new products launch successfully at Chinco production line by working closely with Engineering, Quality, System and SHE.
61 Coordinate Kaizen program of continuous improvement, promote best practices and lesson learned to whole organization, such as digitalization, cost effectiveness, lean method, flow process, quality assurance, etc.
61 Report performance of standard operations with regards to VTPS.
61 To analysis the different stage of integration, figure out and follow up the KPI step by step
SHE and Quality
61 Play a key role in safety first initiatives to guarantee the full implementation of SHEQ and energy circles, and empower initiatives to create a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly workplace.
61 Rigorously enforce adherence to fire prevention procedures and environmental protection regulation
61 Assure all bare shaft pumps operations meet quality standards, compliant to internal drawing, SOP, and external customer specifications.
Delivery
61 Be responsible for order delivery reliability within committed lead times.
61 Drive on time delivery, constantly review backlog, and open manufacturing orders, and take mitigating actions to recover.
61 Coordinate direct and indirect resources to fulfill bare shaft operations demand efficiently and agility.
61 Ensure standard operations being engineered for customer satisfaction.
61 Drive customer success in agility delivery time.
Cost
61 Manage assigned cost centers budget and actual expenditure for OPR improving.
61 Monitor and report production related investment on projects, ensure manufacturing deliverables accomplished compliant to CTP procedure.
61 Support on CC7 task achieved by process changing with lean method.

61 Cultivate team culture of customer focus, quality first, safety always and team success.
61 Develop a flexible, multi-skilled, competent team for standard operations execution.
61 Manage agility of human resources to fluctuating demand, such as additional workforce, intern
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Educational requirements
61 University degree (Bachelor/Masters) in related engineering/science discipline.
Experience and knowledge requirements
61 Result-oriented and experienced professional (10+ years) with proven senior experience in industrial factory operations or equivalent manager position.
61 Related experience of managing standard manufacture, knowledge of ISO and SHE management systems.
61 Experience of employee development and employee relations management with managerial, professional, technician and entry-level personnel.
61 Proven experience of change management, teamwork, active listening, communication, collaboration, and essential empathy.
Skills requirement
61 Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), knowledge in SAP advantageous.
61 Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking, other languages advantageous.
Personality requirements
61 Ability to communicate and interact effectively with the management and employees at all levels.
61 Possess capabilitis to guide, coach and empower the members within the team to success.
