Good background knowledge of Supplier & Materials Sourcing, Product Development,.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Able to communicate fluently in English with global team.

Skill in Office, Excel, Power Point etc.

Bachelor degree in a relevant field (i.e. Textile Background)

Strong negotiation skills

Able to work under pressure

Take initiatives as a team and leadership

Key Responsibilities

Working with South America market.

Sourcing products and factories, and formulate suppliers to meet and comply with the company's policies and requirements.

With a good ability in price negotiation based on an in-depth understanding of product.

Evaluate the ability of suppliers and factories to meet retail market demand. Ensure that all factory quotations and samples are completed in time per customer requirement to achieve the goal.

Manage order execution. Solve product and production issues promptly and actively, monitor order tracking, work with QC and Logistic to to meet quality and delivery requirements.
