GL Accountant

1.Responsible for the overall accounting of the two subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Kunshan, including voucher entry, maintenance of exchange gains and losses, and depreciation of fixed assets, etc.

2.Send financial-related reports on time every month, such as AR report, AP report, sales report, and financial statement.

3.Carry out the accounting review work on time, including the reconciliation with related parties and the clearance of other outstanding accounts.

4.Complete all auditing tasks.

5.Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leader.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related major.

2.3+ years of finance related work experience, 1+ year of GL working experience is must, with foreign enterprises or multinational companies background is preferred. Excellent freshers are acceptable.

3.Familiar with the basics of finance and accounting, understanding of tax and foreign exchange management related policies.

4.Skilled in operating ERP system, with strong data processing skills.

5.Required to hold an entry-level accounting license.

6.Good command of spoken English and good communication skills.

7.Self-driven, detail and result oriented and able to work well under pressure.

8.Proficiency in Microsoft software (e.g. Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
