1、英语口语是必要条件，能全程用英语参加面试即可，日常沟通没问题即可。

2、电气/自动化相关专业的应届生和毕业1-4年想重新稳定就业的。

3、有意愿从事工厂生产管理或者质量管控的。

4、前期（5个月）能下到生产一线动手学习生产流程和产品知识的。

工作内容：

前期5个月参与实际生产进行学习。5个月后担任生产主管或质量主管。

生产主管职责：

-Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members engaged in electrical and mechanical assembly.

-Ensure production schedules are met, maintaining efficiency and quality standards.

-Collaborate with the General Manager to plan and allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal staffing levels and workflow.

-Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance skills and productivity.

-Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

-Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or equipment malfunctions, working closely with sales and engineering teams.

-Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

-Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, inventory levels, and downtime.

-Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

-Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and continuous improvement.

质量主管职责：

-Supervise and manage the quality assurance team, ensuring that all electrical and mechanical assembly products meet or exceed quality standards.

-Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

-Conduct regular inspections and audits of assembly processes to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.

-Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions.

-Monitor and analyze quality metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

-Train and develop quality assurance staff on quality control techniques and best practices.

-Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address non-conformities and prevent recurrence.

-Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.

-Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.

-Assist in developing and maintaining a supplier quality management program, ensuring that incoming materials meet quality specifications.
