SDE Supplier Quality Engineer/供应商质量管理

Lead suppliers through APQP & PPAP processes, track and push sub-supplier to meet new programs internal and customer timing plan.

Perform/Lead supplier audits for conformance to internal & industry standards (VDA

6.3, TS, CQI-9, CQI-12, etc.).

Work with Asia and international teams to assure Asia supply base meets customer requirements.

Collaborate with Global Quality teams in North America and Europe to assure common quality practices.

Perform on-site visits with current production supply base.

Support global divisions with issue resolution/problem solving in Asia.

Track current production quality, PPM, warranty and delivery for Asia and its supply base.

Job function will require consistent travel around Asia as well as extended trips to our USA & European divisions.

The Successful Applicant Should Have/Be:

Friendly and team player attitude who wants to be part of a growing international business and who likes to get involved in many different activities.

Require engineering background, Automotive components manufacturing, machining processes, GD&T, heat treatment, coating, forging and APQP/PPAP experiences.

At least 5 years SDE/SQE working experience in Automotive industry.

Exceptional communication skills - Fluent verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin.

Strong focus, attention to detail and highly organized. Enthusiastic with high levels of initiative.

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Project, and Power Point.

Accept frequently business trip.
