电控开发工程师（电气）

1) Electronic system design - Support project leaders in the design, simulation, and verification of electronic circuits (analog/digital), PCB layout, and electronic component selection for new products.

2) Prototype development and testing - Track the production of electronic prototypes, conduct functional testing, performance debugging, and *** Article Inspection (FAI) to ensure compliance with design requirements.

3) Project schedule and delivery - Participate in New Product Development (NPD) as a core team member, collaborate with project leaders to align with the project plan and ensure on-time delivery of electronic-related tasks.

4) Manufacturing support for electronic processes - Evaluate suppliers’ electronic manufacturing capabilities (such as SMT, soldering) and resources, formulate electronic manufacturing process specifications, and resolve technical issues in the production process.

5) Electronic project leadership - Under the guidance of senior managers or project managers, take charge of electronic-related project schedules, collaborate with the US team to develop new product electronic development plans, and follow up on key milestones.

6) Engineering change management - Initiate Engineering Change Requests (ECR) when electronic system adjustments are needed, track the implementation of Engineering Change Notices (ECN), and ensure the smooth deployment of changes.

7) Production and product improvement - Support manufacturing by evaluating and reporting on the pre-production and mass production launch of electronic products; propose optimization solutions for electronic system issues in existing products to improve performance and reliability.

8) Cross-team collaboration - Assist the Quality Control, Logistics, and Sourcing teams in identifying critical electronic engineering parameters, participating in supplier audits for electronic components, and ensuring component quality and supply stability.

9) Communication and coordination - Communicate effectively with internal teams (R&D, Sourcing, Logistic and quality) and external suppliers at all levels, ensure clear transmission of electronic technical requirements, and guarantee the completion of assigned tasks as required.

10) Other assignments - Undertake other temporary tasks assigned by the direct manager.

岗位要求：

1) 学历背景：大专及以上学历，电子工程、电气工程、机电一体化或相关专业；本科及以上学历优先考虑。

2) 语言能力：熟练掌握英语读写能力；具备英语口头沟通能力者优先考虑。

3) 软件技能：熟练使用电子设计软件（如 Altium Designer、Cadence）及基础办公软件；熟悉电路仿真工具（如 Multisim、PSpice）或可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）编程软件者优先考虑。

4) 技术背景与经验：

a) 具备 2 年及以上家用电器（如空调、冰箱、洗衣机、电烤箱等）产品开发经验者优先。

b) 具备 2 年及以上电子设备或机电一体化行业工作经验者，亦优先考虑。

5) 个人素养：工作认真负责、勤奋踏实，具备强烈的学习意愿与良好的问题解决能力，能承受项目期限带来的工作压力。

6) 出差要求：工作地为中国中山市小榄镇；能前往公司的电子产品的供应商工厂或分厂出差。旺季出差频率约占工作时间的 1/5，但具体出差安排需根据在产项目进度灵活调整。
