Battery pack integration designer

1. Execute battery pack design and design coordination with expert support

2. Animate and negotiate the input requirements at pack level, define and converge requirements to sub-components DRE for both Hardware (packaging, crash, shock, vibration, bottom protection, modal analysis etc) and Function perspective (performance, thermal, safety, aging and durability etc)

3. Check and synthesis of the virtual and physical validations at battery pack level for both HW and function perspective

4. DFMEA at pack level

5. Ensure the design to manufacture together with manufacture engineering team

6. Ensure design to service with service team

7. Prototype animation

8. Project synthesis for reporting

9. Other tasks assigned by managers

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor and above

Work Experience: Above 1 year

Technical Skills: Battery pack design knowledge; Mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or elect-chemical background

学历:本科及以上

工作经验:1年以上

技术技能:电池包设计知识;机械工程、化学工程或电化学背景
