Process Engineer

1. General Description整体描述

o Ensure that all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems are obeyed. 确保遵守有关质量管理体系和 EHS 管理体系的所有相关要求。

o The incumbent is the key contact and spokesperson for the plant in product process area.

现任者是工厂在产品加工领域的主要联系人和发言人。

2. Existing Products and Process现有产品和工艺

o Develop and maintain the Process Map, Control Plan, Flow Chart and PFMEA. 开发和维护流程图、控制计划、流程图和 PFMEA。

o Process onsite audit to insure the implementation. 进行现场审核以确保实施。

o Retrain the supervisors and the operators as needed. 根据需要重新培训主管和操作员。

o Standardize the formula/routing to direct the operator to finish a batch. Identify the key materials and process as needed. 标准化配方/路线以指导操作员完成一个批次。根据需要确定关键材料和流程。

o Work with Technical, Production and other relative departments to optimize the formula and process. 与技术、生产等相关部门合作，优化配方和工艺。

o Continue improve operation process with Lean and Automation technology使用精益和自动化技术继续改进操作流程

3. New Products and Process新产品和新工艺

o Define the manufacturing process and develop the Process Map, Control Plan, Flow Chart and PFMEA. 定义制造过程并制定过程图、控制计划、流程图和 PFMEA。

o Agree with the Technical Department on the proper QC testing for a specific product. 与技术部门就特定产品的适当 QC 测试达成一致。

o Work with Technical Department to introduce the product to the Customer to assure the product produced meets the needs of the end user. 与技术部门合作向客户介绍产品，以确保生产的产品满足最终用户的需求。

o Implement FLC process to insure the successful production of new/revised formulation/process using system of cross-department review/blessing. 实施 FLC 流程以确保使用跨部门审查/祝福系统成功生产新的/修订的配方/流程。

o Source and introduce the new equipments to meet the product and process requirements. 采购和引进满足产品和工艺要求的新设备。

o Ensure Product Stewardship requirements are followed. 确保遵守产品监管要求。

4. Problem resolution, when a problem does occur问题解决，当问题确实发生时

o Work with Cell supervisor, technical and related department to define and solve the product and process problem. 与 Cell 主管、技术和相关部门合作，定义和解决产品和工艺问题。

o Record the problem solving in CAIR system timely. 在CAIR系统中及时记录解决问题的情况。

o Tools to define and solve the problem定义和解决问题的工具

Requirements:

1. Strong Communications skills with all levels of the plant, technical department, sales organization and the customers. 与工厂、技术部门、销售组织和客户的各级沟通能力强。

4. B.S. of chemical engineering or relevant major学士化学工程或相关专业

5. Good English communication skills; 良好的英语沟通能力；

6. Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Process Safety Management, Quality Management System. 精益制造、过程安全管理、质量管理体系的基础知识
