YOUR ROLE ：
As an Engineer specializing in testing and data analysis within the Power Transistor sub-Group, you will play a key role in product engineering and testing for Silicon Carbide (SiC) Power MOSFETs with strong focus on KGD (testing on die). Your focus will be on ensuring the development, manufacturability and performance of our cutting-edge SiC technology. Additionally, you may also engage with other power semiconductor technologies in our portfolio, including silicon-based solutions.
The job holder will be involved in product engineering activities such as:
- Develop, debug, and release testing programs for development and mass production.
- Conduct product characterization and data analysis at both die and package levels.
- Analyze test results and generate insightful reports to support product maturity milestones.
- Drive engineering DOE evaluations to optimize device performance and manufacturing processes.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES：
61Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical engineering or closely related field.
613+ years of direct work experience in a semiconductor environment preferably as a Test Development Engineer.
61Experience/knowledge in new product characterization and qualification.
61Understand the semiconductor Front-End and Back-End manufacturing processes.
61Knowledge for the Silicon Carbide and Silicon material such as Si MOSFET and IGBT is considered a plus.
61Experience with industry standard Automated Test Equipment (ex.: iPTest, CREA, Teradyne ETS88, ACCOTEST).
61Test Software development experience & skills, including knowledge of C/C++.
61Knowledge of statistical method and process control.
61Excellent communication skills as well as detail-oriented work ethic
