心理教师（国际学校）

School Psychological Counsellor provides counselling and psychological support for students, while delivering lessons, workshops, and teacher training to promote student wellbeing and holistic development across the school community.

主要职责 / Main Responsibilities

1. 学生心理咨询与支持 / Student Counseling & Support

提供个别与小组心理咨询，帮助学生应对情感、社交与学业挑战。

Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support students with emotional, social, and academic challenges.

开展心理测评，建立并维护保密的心理健康档案。

Conduct psychological assessments and maintain confidential student records.

提供心理干预与辅导，并在必要时转介外部专业资源。

Deliver interventions and make referrals to external professionals when necessary.

2. 教师培训与专业发展 / Teacher Training & Professional Development

为教师开展心理健康与幸福感相关培训。

Deliver training sessions for teachers on student mental health and wellbeing.

指导教师识别和支持有心理或情绪困扰的学生。

Guide teachers in identifying and supporting students with psychological or emotional needs.

3. 工作坊与幸福感项目 / Workshops & Wellbeing Programs

策划并开展学生、家长与教师参与的心理健康工作坊（如压力管理、抗压能力、情绪调节、人际关系等）。

Plan and deliver workshops for students, parents, and staff on topics such as stress management, resilience, emotional regulation, and relationships.

推动学校心理健康与幸福感活动，提升校园积极氛围。

Promote wellbeing initiatives and activities that contribute to a positive school climate.

4. 授课与课程支持 / Teaching & Curriculum Support

教授相关心理课程。

Teach related psychology courses.

开发教学资源，提升学生自我认知、心理健康意识和生活技能。

Develop teaching materials that enhance self-awareness, mental health literacy, and life skills.

5. 协作与沟通 / Collaboration & Communication

与学术、德育和寄宿团队合作，确保学生获得全方位支持。

Collaborate with academic, pastoral, and boarding staff to ensure holistic student support.

与家长沟通，提供学生心理健康相关指导与建议。

Communicate effectively with parents, offering guidance and resources on student wellbeing.

参与学校社区建设，营造积极、包容、安全的学习环境。

Contribute to building a safe, inclusive, and positive school community.

任职要求 / Person Specification

1.心理学、心理咨询或相关专业硕士及以上学历。

Master’s degree or above in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

2.拥有心理学或心理咨询相关专业资质（优先）。

Professional certification in psychology or counseling (preferred).

3.具备学生心理咨询、教学或心理健康教育经验，有国际或双语学校背景者优先。

Experience in student counseling, teaching, or mental health education; international or bilingual school experience is an advantage.

4.出色的人际沟通与表达能力，能够与学生、教师和家长建立良好关系。

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

5.中英文双语能力强，能胜任心理咨询、授课和跨文化沟通。

High proficiency in both Chinese and English, capable of counseling, teaching, and cross-cultural communication.
