5. Supply Chain & Vendor Coordination

Qualifications & Skills:

61 Education: Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management; certifications in Lean Six Sigma or PMP preferred

61 Experience:

o 12+ years in chemical plant operations, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles at multinational electrolyte/lithium-ion battery manufacturers

o Proven track record in managing overseas greenfield/brownfield projects (e.g., plant setup, capacity expansion)

61 Technical Expertise:

o Deep knowledge of electrolyte production workflows, solvent recovery systems, and quality control protocols (e.g., PPAP, FMEA)

o Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle) and predictive maintenance tools

61 Language: Fluent English (written and spoken); proficiency in Czech, German, or other languages is a plus
