Product/Test Engineer (职位编号：产品测试类)

1.Work with worldwide cross-functional teams, Product, Design, Application, Process and QA engineers on new silicon development from early phases of product definition to production phase

2.Responsible for testing related software (test program) & hardware (probe card/load board) design, development and implementation from engineering to production with target test time & cost according the organization standards

3.Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality and securing the Automotive Zero defect (target PPM) requirement

4.Use problem solving approaches and methods to work with Design, Applications, and Manufacturing teams to global customer quality issues

5.Monitor, analyze, and resolve production yield issues; manage supply chain to ensure customer order delivery

Requirements:

1.Bachelor or Master Degree, major in EE, Communication or Automation related areas

2.Good communication skills both in Mandarin and English

3.Familiar on VB, C++ programming language

4.Team work spirit, willing to learn, take on challenges and self-motivated
