Achieve yearly sales target,

Deliver report for daily sales activities. Collect information together with

marketing department regards mar-keting situation, competitors information and

so on,

Maintain good relationship with Key account together with RSM and KAM,

Daily report to RSM.

Requirements / 要求

Education / 教育背景

University degree, major in technical engineering or electronic is preferred

Experience /经验

At least 2+ years sales experience in or other relevant equipment.

1+ years sales experience, relative experience in three-dimensional (CMM)

measuring instrument is preferred

Other skills /其他技能

Good technical background to understand customers requirement

Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Independent and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Willing to travel within the region

Fast learner

English language skills: Fluent in reading and writing

Endure stress

Willing to business trip frequently

Job Description

Main Tasks / 主要任务

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

？ Fulfill the sales target in his / her responsible region 30%

？ Implement KPI defined by his / her superior, including numbers of customer

visits, project generation, A/R collection, etc. 15%

？ Follow technical specification and commercial rules during negotiations

？ Report to RSM for all sales activity requests 10%

？ Support Order Processing Department during contract execution process 5%

？ Make regular sales calls on existing and establish contact with new

customers 5%

？ Make effective customer presentation 5%

？ Marketing support and information collection 5%

？ Promote products throughout industry 5%

？ Report in time 5%

？ Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned 5%
