Job Purpose/summary:
The position aims to provide the service for customer as we promise, including related shipping and logistics process and operation, handle customer inquiry with high quality – effectively and efficiently.
Senior Specialist as senior member at the team. The position need to create impact and value for the team through positively driving process excellence and optimize the platform upsides.
Key responsibilities:
Documentation – Ability to well optimize the platforms and able to offer viable recommendations for developer team whenever applicable.
Process Excellence – Can identify, prioritize the improvement opportunities and conduct changes resulted with concrete business outcome.
Positively engage with customers through email, chat, and calls. On top of deep understanding of customer needs, and our product, process, etc.
Maintain Customer centric approach such as preventive measures to eliminate and avoiding errors in the team.
Onboard and guide customer for service-self services whenever applicable and meet the desired quality. Able to able to share best practices in the team.
Proactively and independently work with stakeholders on delivering high customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Asist team leader/manager to improve team performance, such as providing training and support to junior team member and project contributions.
Other responsibilities related with customer and team, able to prioritize and deal with multiple and complicated tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required qualification, experience & skills
Language –Close to native Japanese or Korean, also Intermediate or proficient English. Good understand of NEA culture and business manner.
Education – Bachelor or above. Shipping and logistics major as plus.
Working Experiences - 3-5 year working experience. Shipping/logistics /trading and BCO would be a plus.
Communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team Collaborations - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues of wider organization
Problem solving –Deep understand the process, equal with end-to-end thinking and value-added mindset. Able to offer viable options or solutions.
Project management and Data Analysis skills
