百富门酒业(上海)有限公司、江苏舜天富德贸易有限公司联合招聘洋酒销售专员
职责描述:
1、积极开发新的终端店,拓展销售渠道,完成公司产品的铺市、销量等工作;
2、负责渠道/终端客户的年度合约谈判及后续跟踪事宜记录;
3、负责维护客户关系,每日巡店,做好市场相关的各项业务事宜;
4、负责区域内终端店的日常情况数据整理;
5、策划与配合各渠道的促销计划及活动资料的整理;
6、负责辖区市场信息的收集及竞品资料。
任职要求:
1、专科及以上学历,有酒类行业销售经验者优先;
2、熟悉酒吧等终端渠道运营模式及供应链流程;
3、掌握洋酒等基本品牌理论知识、定位、特点及卖点;
4、具备较强的市场开拓精神;
5、具有较强的沟通协调能力,亲和力强;
6、具有良好的团体合作能力。
Job Description
1.Actively develop new on-trade outlets and complete the company's product market expansion and sales target.
2.Responsible for annual contract negotiations and follow-up records of On-trade customers.
3.Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, daily outlet inspections, and handling various market-related business matters.
4.Responsible for the daily situation data collation of outlet customers in the region.
5.Plan and coordinate On-trade promotion plans and event materials for various channels.
6.Responsible for the collection of market information and competitive product information.
Qualifications
1. College degree or above, more than 2 years of sales experience in Spirits industry.
2, Familiar with the operation mode and supply chain process of On channels such as bars
3. Master the basic brand theory, positioning, characteristics and selling points of spirits.
4. Good at market development.
5. Good communicate skill, strong in relationship building.
6. Have good teamwork ability.
