-Master of Science in Polymer Chemistry/ Materials Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry. PhD preferred, but not requested

- Good knowledge in polymer chemistry and instrumental analytics. Working experience in the lacquer industry, coating industry or printing industry preferable but not requested

- Good PC skills and command of MS Office application

- Soft skills open-minded, independent, target-oriented, pro-active and communicational personality including intercultural competence. Highly self-organized and with project management skills

- Fluent in English

Specific job responsibilities具体工作内容:

-Search and evaluate new raw materials for printing coating lacquers in lab and production trials to support the continuous improvement of products or develop complete new formulations complied with the requirement of local customers markets.

-Independently design and implement lab experiments and relevant tests on the responsible R&D projects. Maintain traceable records of all lab experiments, relevant tests and production trials undertaken.

-Work closely with production department, quality department and sales. Provide internal technical support to production and sales.
