Job description：
Responsible for development and implementation of quality assurance programs by fully understanding the requirement from Global, China governments requirements and customers, forward or transfer the requirements into internal quality management procedure; Maintain quality monitoring systems and interface with field and customers on product quality issues to plants.
Responsible all China sites audit coordination and follow up for any corrective actions; Coordinate and actively involve all key customers audit and follow up for actions.
Documents the Plant's HACCP Program to ensure that all verifications and validations are current. Will ensure food safety by conducting/supervising internal audits, identifying root causes, recommending corrective actions, and working with Production and Engineering to verify line changes.
Conduct quarterly plant audits and prepare reports to plant management on improvement opportunities and suggestions.
Conduct quality inspections all outside warehouse and subcontractors, in compliance with ISO Quality Management systems and good lab practices as required and develop full reports on findings
Products food safety assessments
As a master to maintain Intelex system and timely input and follow up any urgent reports as need.
Qualifications:
University degree above in food science and related majors
Over 8 years working experience in food manufactory industry Able to effectively communicate and coordinate with internal and external personnel
Excellent in both written and spoken English.
Familiar with the process and procedure of manufacturing operation
