Job Responsibility | 工作职责:
1.Goal Decomposition: Decompose annual company goals set by the General Manager into respective teams and individuals; conduct periodic reviews and realignments of goals.
目标拆解:根据总经理设定的公司年度目标,将年度目标拆解到相应团队和个体;并对目标做好阶段性的复盘和再次对齐。
2.Organizational Human Resource Development: Based on the organizational structure and annual objectives set by the general manager, we conduct regular external recruitment and periodic talent assessments of the existing team. This ensures an ample supply of talent for key positions within the organizational structure, enabling team members to support the achievement of the company's goals.
组织人力建设:根据总经理设定的组织架构和年度目标,通过定期的对外招聘和现有团队人才盘点,确保组织架构关键岗位人才充足,团队人员可以支持公司的目标达成。
3.Meeting Management: Understand the company's operational reality, enhance the company's meeting and communication systems, prepare and notify relevant meetings in advance, and supervise the implementation of meeting action items.
会议管理:理解公司运营实际,完善公司会议制度/沟通制度,做好相关会议的提前准备和通知,监督落实会议代办事项。
4.Policy Management: Understand the company's operational reality, assist in improving various company policies, manage and update daily documents, accurately convey and supervise the implementation of relevant policies.
政策管理:理解公司运营实际,协助完善公司各项政策,负责日常文档管理和更新,正确传达和监督落实相关政策。
5.SoP Supervision: Assist the General Manager and the team in regularly reviewing the company's operational strategies/SoP, conduct monthly checks, and ensure the proper implementation of SoP.
SoP的监督:协助总经理和团队定期复盘公司的运营策略/SoP,做好每月检查,确保SoP的执行到位。
6.OKR Advancement: Assist the General Manager and HRBP team in promoting the implementation of various OKR tasks and business optimization strategies.

7.Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments, provide internal support to different functional departments, and ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration within the company.

Requirements
Job Requirements | 职位要求:
1.At least 3-year experience of VIP BD and management. A good first degree is mandatory. Office and remote work are both needed.
有至少3年以上大客户BD和服务管理经验、***学历优、宁波办公室混合办公;
2. A good command of English (no lower than IELTS
5.5 ,CET 6 or other equivalent score);
有良好的英语水平(雅思5.5分以上,英语六级或其他英语评级体系同等分数);
3. Assist GM/BP to train CS, lead BD and finish business delivery.
协助总经理/BP进行CS的培训、BD带领和交付计划。

Salary and Benefits | 薪资与福利:
Standard annual salary for ‘ Specialist’ is ranging from ¥77,000 ~¥90,000 before tax, which business bonus and other benefits are not included.

Standard annual salary for ‘ Senior Specialist’ is ranging from ¥94,000 ~¥132,000 before tax, which business bonus and other benefits are not included.

Standard annual salary for ‘ Manager’ is ranging from ¥138,000 ~¥177,000 before tax, which business bonus and other benefits are not included.
