职位描述
1.As the *** line Porsche Brand Ambassador, the Sales Consultant is responsible for expanding sales in the daily business. This involves all customer calls and visits from initial contact, ordering, vehicle delivery, trade-in, to PDI arrangement, etc.
负责在日常业务中拓展销售业务,包括从最初联络到订购、车辆交付、贴旧换新、至预检安排等全部过程中的所有客户来电和来访)
2.Fulfill new/pre-owned car sales、New/pre-owned car handover
完成新车/易手车销售服务、交付新车/易手车服务;
3.Customer compliant processing ,Maintain relationship with existing customers;
处理客户投诉,维护老客户关系;
4.Provide assistances to and participate in Porsche Centre's activities
配合并参与保时捷中心活动
Qualifications:
任职要求:
1.College degree required, relevant university degree is preferred
***大专以上学历,具有相关专业本科学历者优先;
2.three years' working experience in automotive retail industry; two to three years' working experience with luxury car sales preferred
具备三年或以上汽车零售行业工作经验,如有豪华汽车销售行业二至三年以上的工作经验者优先
3.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and team-work environment under pressure.
适应力强,具备良好的抗压能力及团队协作能力;
4.Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work; Smart appearance; enthusiastic for Porsche products and services
