自动化工程师

1. 自主开发上主导自动化设备OEE看板搭建，以及PLC编程调试。Leading of automation OEE dashboard building, PLC programming & fine-tuning.

2. 设备导入上跟进设备方案评估，风险验证，调试验收，以及关键目标数据不达标的分析解决。Follow DFM review，risk validation，Fine-tuning & qualification，key target failure trouble shooting.

3. 协助墨西哥团队做自动化设备方案评估，并完成设备交付前的所有准备工作。Assist Mexico team for automation assessment and preparation. Finish machine qualification before shipment.

4. 完成上级交代的其他工作。Finish other task which direct supervisor assign.

职位要求QUALIFICATIONS

61 沟通、协调、分析能力要较强。特别是和外部供应商，内部良率、品质、效率负责人要协同合作进行缺陷分析和改善对策的提出。Strong communication, coordinate and analysis skill. Especially work with vendor or internal yield, quality, efficiency owner for failure analysis and corrective action bring up.

61 精通至少一种主流PLC品牌（如三菱、欧姆龙、汇川、基恩士等）的编程、硬件配置和故障诊断。Proficient in operating at least 1 kind of PLC programming (like MITSUBISHI, OMRON, SIMENS or INNOVANCE etc.).

61 熟悉至少一种编程语言（如VB, C++, Python）和工业通讯协议（如TCP/IP, Modbus, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP）。Familiar with at least 1 kind of programming language(like VB, C++,Python) and communication protocol(like TCP/IP, Modbus, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP).

61 熟悉伺服、步进等运动通讯控制及故障分析排除。Familiar with communication, control and troubleshooting of motion unit like server, step, liner motor etc.

61 熟练使用至少一种电气CAD软件（如EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical）进行电气原理图的设计和绘制。有机器安全标准（如ISO 13849, IEC 62061）相关知识或安全回路设计经验。具备丰富的现场调试经验，能够独立完成I/O测试、电机调试和电气故障排除。Can draw circuit diagram with at least 1 kind of software like EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical. Have safety circuit design experience. Rich experience in field debugging and can do I/O test, motor control and electric troubleshooting on your own.

61 有医疗行业自动化，熟悉机器人编程应用或者熟悉视觉应用者优先。Preferential to have programming of robot or vision. Preferential to have medical industry automation experience.
