船务操作助理

1. CY/TS cargo arrangement with internal parties/terminals/local state agent

on voyage basis

2. Coordinate with central planning center and terminal planner about

container stowage planning

3. Closely communication with parties concerned not limit to local agents,

vessel master, ship management & terminals

4. Coordinate with parties concerned for declaration and data inputting

before/after vessel arrival/departure, prepare reports to headquarter offices

within time frame

5. Monitor and handle special operations when vessel stay in the port

Requirements:

1. College degree or above

2. 1-2 years working experience, it is an advantage with knowledge in liner

shipping industry

3. As an integral part of their role, the incumbent request basis shipping

knowledge & computer skills

4. The position requires teamwork, work accuracy & efficiency

5. Good team player with excellent responsibility, analytical, communication,

cooperation, and presentation skills

6. Good knowledge of Basic PC literacy in MS

7. Proficiency in spoken and written English
