AIIB would like to select suitable candidates to fill the position of HR Assistant. Monthly salary (before tax and social security insurance deduction) will be between RMB 12,000 and 17,000 yuan which is based on the competencies and skills demonstrated by applicants in the interview and experiences.

Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral institution with the mandate to foster sustainable economic growth in Asia by investing in infrastructure and other productive areas and promoting regional cooperation and partnerships.
The HR Assistant (outsourced) will provide a spectrum of daily operations and administrative support to the compensation and benefits (C&B) function within the Human Resources Department and work closely with the Bank’s HR professionals to provide excellent HR services.
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
80Receive, review and process benefits applications (such as staff education allowance, staff home travel, staff loans, etc.).
80Support and assist in liaison between the Bank and benefits companies (insurance companies, retirement plan supplier, etc.).
80Support reporting and analysis, mainly focusing on the benefits managed
80Support team’s travel and expense claim(s), meeting arrangement, procurement, vendor payments, and other administrations
80Disseminates information that may require explanation and interpretation of established policies and direct individuals to sources of additional information.
80Assist in ad-hoc task/request as assigned
任职资格:
Candidate Requirements
80Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources, administration, accounting, psychology, economics and other related fields from a reputable university;
801-2 years of HR administration and team support experience in large multinational company.
80Good numerical skill; ability to handle a huge number of data with accuracy and deadline commitment;
80Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English are essential;
80Proven experience with MS Office Applications is a must;
80High level of confidentiality commitment, integrity, sense of responsibility.
