complete cross-border shipping operation from China to the U.S.

You’ll be responsible for selecting the right TMS, ERP, and last-mile stack, managing air freight lanes, integrating tools, and scaling e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and implement TMSs

Design end-to-end workflows from China to U.S. : airfreight, US customs, last mile fulfillment

Set up tracking systems, automation, and label generation

Build and manage air freight routes using owr own carrier contracts

Manage customs, broker relationships

Set up last-mile delivery flows

Ensure service-level compliance, cost control, and smooth operations

Scale the service across more merchants and shipping lanes

Ideal Candidate:

5+ years in cross-border logistics (China 62 U.S.)

Experience with logistics tech: Transport Management Systems, customs,

ideally solutions or operations experience in cross-borders carriers.

Strong knowledge of international air freight and last-mile fulfillment

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Process-oriented and hands-on execution mindset
