? Contribute in the bidding process

? Conduct market research for opportunity assessment, trends on a regular basis to grasp the partnership landscape.

? Identify creative collaboration opportunities that generate compiling user experience and business value to DNV GL

? Leading projects using Agile or Waterfall methodology

? You will use appropriate and effective communicating & influencing skills to build relationships with teams and key decision makers and achieve the best solutions.

? You will communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at an individual and group level – to direct team members and suppliers and choose the right communication style or influencing tools.

Position Qualifications

? Bachelor or master level education in Software Engineering, Computer Science or other related studies

? Mandatory 10+ years of working experience in IT industry

? 5+ years of experiences in project manager role

? Be able to identify opportunities, and translate these opportunities into execution approach and strategy

? Excellent sense in consumer value and digital experience as well in business viability of such new experience.

? Be able to lead virtual team which can work across the locations

? Great communication skills and fluency in English as a working language

? Good personal skills, such as: passion, empathy, analytical thinking
